Investments and Gearing
For example, investments can be made in your own name, through a company or trust, or through a superannuation fund. This is the choice of structure. The sectors you can broadly choose from include Australian Shares, Australian Listed Property, Australian Unlisted Property, Australian Fixed Interest, Cash, and then all of the International equivalents. Having determined which sector(s) to use, you must choose to make investments into one or a combination of the many many options within those sectors. This could be purchasing shares such as those in a big bank, or a mining company, or by purchasing a residential investment property, or investing in a State Government Bond. The choices are almost limitless. Finally, you can make and manage those same investments yourself, or you can do it through a fund manager. When you combine all of those choices, it’s no wonder that people are uncertain about where to start! If you have an amount of money to invest, wish to start a savings fund, or want to know about to do all of the above using borrowed monies, call our office on (02) 9997 6787 to find out how. By getting a thorough understanding of your current position, your attitude to investing, your ultimate objectives and then providing education, we should be able to agree on how Future Funds Pty Ltd can help you. Before agreeing to proceed you will know exactly what your costs will be. We will put our recommendations to you in writing, including a plan of action, a further disclosure of what your costs would be and what we receive for providing the advice. Our office will also assist in implementing the advice, and we provide regular reviews to ensure you remain on track to achieve your objectives. Making the first appointment is an important start!
